Engineer and manage Windows-based infrastructure solutions, deployments, and upgrades.
Proactively manage and maintain Windows servers, and Active Directory.

Troubleshoot technical issues across multiple data centers.
Monitor and maintain Windows server platforms and Active Directory.
Participate in a team on-call rotation for Tier 3 technical Windows infrastructure escalation.
Administer and support Microsoft Windows, ADDS, ADFS, Microsoft365 technologies in a multi-domain infrastructure
Develop and implement project plans, risk assessments and contingency plans
Design and implement monitoring, configuration management and reporting functions
Define and document best practices and support procedures
Engineer multiple projects simultaneously
Maintain inventory and asset configuration documentation
Assist with hardware, firewall, telecom and software vendor evaluation, recommendation and negotiations
Mentor / cross train team members on existing and new technologies
Carry out special tasks at Management's direction
